Yvonne brings over 23 years of experience in outpatient orthopedics to the Restore/Thrive team. Restore/Thrive LLC is a family-owned physical therapy and sports performance practice in Overland Park that seeks to help active individuals grow strong and age gracefully. We offer physical therapy and athletic training services in a 1-on-1 setting to active teens, adults and athletes of all ages.

Yvonne’s approach to clients involves discovering their passions and abilities in order to create a treatment plan that suits their personality and needs.  She strives to uncover the root cause of the problem and to provide the guidance and tools needed to reclaim your health.  Each individual is unique, requiring a practitioner with a comprehensive training background and empathy for your journey.  Cultivating understanding about the complexities and wonders of the body has been one of Yvonne’s greatest joys as she works with clients.
When away from the clinic, Yvonne’s passion for stand-up paddle boarding finds her at the lake 2-3 times a week to race or to just float with friends. She pursues personal fitness at boot camp, FIA KC (Females In Action), yoga, hiking and karate.  Yvonne lives in Lenexa with her husband, John, their four kids, Avery, Lily, Ellison and Jonathan and 2 mini-Aussies, Merlin and Dixie.
